Debbie’s pursuit of knowledge has taken her to the doorstep of some of the industry’s finest mentors. Through numerous courses and master classes, she has honed her craft, attaining international trainer status for Goldeneye
Micropigmentation—a testament to her expertise and commitment. Drawing from her diverse background, Debbie’s passion for art and beauty has always been a driving force. With a BA (Hons) Degree in Early Years Development & Learning, along with the Norland Diploma, she possesses a unique perspective that complements her artistry.
Deepening her understanding of clients and their needs, Debbie attended an NLP master class with founder Richard Bandler and renowned expert Paul McKenna, and is a Master NLP Practitioner. This invaluable skill allows her to grasp their motivations and concerns on a profound level.
Embarking on her journey into Micropigmentation years ago, Debbie completed a transformative Permanent Makeup Basic Training course in Liverpool. She later conquered an intensive Paramedical Tattooing Course in the South of England, equipping her with medical expertise in areola reconstruction, scar camouflage, and micro needling. Furthermore, she stands among a select group of licensed trainers worldwide for Milena Lardi’s Tricopigmentation techniques.
FROM ARTIST TO WORLDWIDE TRAINER
Committed to continuous growth, Debbie has participated in numerous advanced Master classes. Her repertoire includes mastering the art of Advanced Eyebrows under the guidance of experts like Anna Savina, Alina Soloveva, and Mary Ritchardson.
She also delved into Meso Therapy in Berlin and experienced the unique Butterfly Eye Shadow techniques by Tatyana Petraitis. Notably, she trained with the renowned Natalya Yeremenko, immersing herself in the coveted Wow-Brow and Fluffy Eyebrow techniques.
In 2013, Debbie embarked on an enlightening 10-day instructor’s course in Vancouver, Canada. Her unwavering dedication led her to pursue further intensive instructors’ training in Latvia and Spain, solidifying her position as a fully qualified international trainer for Goldeneye Micropigmentation. Alongside her husband Jasper Scholtes, she also serves as an international distribution partner for Goldeneye.
