RETURNS POLICY
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible. Contact details below. Missing or damaged items must be notified to us in 5 working days from receipt of goods.
RETURNS
Good must be returned to us within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it; in the original packaging; with proof of purchase.
Goldeneye Micropigmentation Ltd. reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee of 15% minimum.
REFUNDS
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your claim. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund via your original payment method.
Faulty goods (machines and devices) will be repaired by the manufacturer under the warranty terms where applicable.
Defective items will be replaced with an equivalent item at Goldeneye Micropigmentation Ltd’s discretion.
Warranty is only valid for items purchased directly from Goldeneye Micropigmentation Ltd.
SHIPPING
Shipping costs will be reimbursed for faulty goods.
