Placing an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of the contracting conditions. Therefore the buyer will not impose conditions contrary to the seller, unless they have been expressly accepted, regardless of when they are sent for his attention.
All prices shown on our website are without VAT. If you find a product with a value of 0, we will consider it a computer error and your purchase will be canceled.
AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS
In principle, all the products of our store are available. However, we reserve the right to communicate the buyer if during the purchase any product has been stored without stock and the time it will take to replace it.
The order will be delivered to the user’s address or an address provided by the user. The provider is not liable if the delivery fails as a result of false, inaccurate or incomplete information provided, or when the delivery cannot be made for reasons beyond the shipping company’s control, such as the absence of the recipient.
If any deterioration or defect in the package received is detected, it must be recorded before signing the proof of receipt.
Goldeneye Micropigmentation Ltd distributes products in UK, USA, Canada, South Africa and Ireland and the shipping prices are:
– United Kingdom: £5 + VAT
– International: £10 + VAT
Delivery times are usually within 5 working days although they are indicative. The delivery services are provided by third parties, and we cannot guarantee that they will meet these deadlines due to reasons beyond our control.
If for some reason we could not meet the delivery date we will inform you and we will give you the option to continue with the purchase by choosing a new date or cancel the order with the full refund of the price paid.
ONLINE STORE PAYMENT METHODS
The customer declares that he/she has full capacity to make the purchase, being of legal age, confirms that all the data provided is valid. In our online store you can pay using the following methods:

– PayPal (Tiene un incremento en el precio de 3,5%)
The products have a two-year warranty (except the Airtronic which has 6 months warranty). There is no warranty if the product has been tampered with, has been exposed to water, has received a blow, or other causes of misuse.
If a fault is detected, it is necessary to return the defective product and verify that the plastics have not been removed or handled or installed incorrectly.
The product that passes the tests of our technical service and the results contradict the description of its fault will be sent back to the customer at postage due.
If the defective product meets the conditions for its return write to email@example.com and we will indicate the process to follow. We will replace the product or give you a discount coupon for the next purchase in our store.
