the importance of level 4
Currently there are no regulations or legislations in place concerning Semi Permanent Makeup. Currently technicians throughout the UK can perform treatments without a Level 4 qualification. However Local Councils can set their own regulations within their districts regarding what qualifications practitioners need. Some councils and insurers insist that Semi Permanent Practitioners within their district should have a Level 4 qualification. It is possible for regulations to be adapted in the near future therefore a Level 4 will be a compulsory requirement.get in touch
